Terms & SMS Program Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Knight's Haven Golf & Cigar Club web application at knightshaven.net and our SMS (text message) program. By using the app or providing your mobile number, you agree to these terms.

SMS program

Sign-in uses a one-time passcode that you request and receive by email or text — your choice — so receiving a text is never required to use the app. If you choose text, Knight's Haven sends (1) one-time login passcodes when you request to sign in, and (2) optional league updates (tee times, match results, standings) if you separately opt in.

• How to opt in: on the sign-in page, request your login passcode by email or text. Choosing text opts you in to login passcodes by SMS; you may separately check the optional box to also receive league updates. Receiving texts is not a condition of membership or of using the app — email sign-in is always available.
• Message frequency varies — login codes are sent when you request them; league updates are occasional.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive a confirmation and no further texts (including login codes). Reply START to resume. For help, reply HELP or contact us.
• Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be an invited league member and at least 18 years old to use the app and the SMS program.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for the league's purposes. Do not attempt to access other members' accounts, disrupt the service, or otherwise misuse it.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app and SMS program are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Knight's Haven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the SMS program.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
